We provide services of sheet metal laser cutting and bending on press brakes.

Cutting steel

We realize steel cutting with the use of the latest FIBER laser technology. This technology allows achieving high accuracy and edge quality at a relatively high speed of the cutting process.

FIBER laser is a tool with high energy efficiency. This increases our competitiveness especially in the case of cutting structural, stainless and aluminum sheets that are thin or of medium thicknesses.


Maximum dimensions of the sheet metal are 1500 × 3000 mm.

 

Cutting thickness range:

  • Structural steel: up to 12 mm
  • Stainless steel: up to 8 mm
  • Aluminum: up to 6 mm

Bending sheet metal

Bending of sheet metal on press brakes is technology which constitutes the next step in steel processing after laser cutting. We have press brakes with pressure up to 225 tons.

We realize bending up to 3m in length. The maximum thickness of bent sheets is 10 mm, depending on the length of the bending line.

The bending process combined with laser cutting gives the possibility of providing more comprehensive services to our customers. Laser-cut and bent parts are characterized by precision of execution, high repeatability of shapes for both short series and large orders.

Fast manufacturing and delivery of details, flexibility and high quality of provided services are our priorities.

The course of the realization process of orders includes:

  • valuation and determination of the completion date based on technical drawings,
  • precise manufacturing of details while maintaining clean edges and optimal use of sheets,
  • marking and packaging of details according to the requirements of our clients,
  • delivery based on own or external transport of selected transport companies.

In order to start work, we need:

  • technical drawing DWG or DXF,
  • information on the grade and finishing of the surface, thickness of the sheet used, quantities of details,
  • any additional information regarding your expectations, eg. expected delivery time, planned orders’ repeatability, method of packaging or marking of details will be also helpful.
